Some operational details are tailored to each event and confirmed once we know your venue and timings.

We arrive & set up
The Keepsake Bar is delivered and prepared at your venue ahead of service, styled and ready before guests arrive. Set up and pack down are handled by us.

Capture the moment
Guests have their photograph taken at the bar, or share a favourite one from earlier in the celebration. The exact approach is agreed with you in advance to suit your running order.

Your keepsake is created
The photograph is printed, trimmed and set into a personalised keyring or magnet, with the guest choosing their preferred style at the bar.

Ready within minutes
Keepsakes are finished and handed back during the celebration — there is nothing to post out or collect afterwards.

Keep the memory
Guests leave with a physical reminder of your day, holding a photograph taken at it.
