What it is
An elegant station, staffed throughout
The Keepsake Bar is a bespoke white bar brought to your venue, styled with florals, soft lighting and a display of the keepsakes available on the night.
It arrives complete, sets up quietly, and is looked after by us for the duration of the service so nothing is asked of you or your planner on the day.
What guests experience
A moment they gather around
Guests come over in twos and threes. We take their photograph at the bar, or they share a favourite one taken earlier in the day.
They choose their leather fob and keepsake style, then watch it being printed, trimmed and assembled in front of them.
The keepsakes
Keyrings and magnets
Photo keyrings are finished with a soft leather fob and brass ring, in a small range of tones chosen to suit refined event styling.
Magnets offer the same photograph in a form that lives on a fridge door rather than a set of keys. Guests can be offered keyrings, magnets, or both.
Presentation
Designed to belong at your event
The station is deliberately restrained: a panelled white bar, discreet script branding, brass details and fresh styling. It reads as part of the décor rather than a piece of equipment placed into it.
It has been photographed in hotel lobbies, marquees and garden receptions, and sits comfortably against floral walls, gold accents and neutral palettes alike — without drawing attention away from the celebration itself.
